We only had the chance to have an afternoon snack, so we can't judge the cuisine, but the pear tart and pandolce were very good! Always a distinctly Italian atmosphere at the counters of these cafes!

The stuffed rabbit and lasagna are spectacular! A must-see at this magical place.

It's a shame to see that such historic places have bowed to the logic of tourism... a cappuccino costs 2 euros and 80 cents.

Loved my visits to this cafe. It feels very traditional and it’s super cosy inside. I loved the locals popping in for coffee and the place was so friendly. Cappuccino was frothy and perfect! I enjoyed a few mornings here taking a cappuccino and a croissant - lovely little spot

It's a delightful beauty. A historic establishment over 100 years old. You have to find it in a narrow alleyway in front of the Ducal Palace. Small on the outside, large on the inside, with pleasant tables in the alley. The best thing for me is that it doesn't have the airs and prices of a historic tourist venue. It's beautiful and popular; you can hear the Genoese dialect spoken there. Excellent service, very reasonable prices.

The best coffee I've ever had. It's supposed to be plain, simple, with milk. But it's brilliant. Is it beautiful? It's not. But that's not always the point. The service is great, and then there's the story.

Siamo andate il 15 luglio 2025 a bere un caffè...ottimo ..e dopo aver chiesto se facevano Margherita siamo tornate dopo 2 ore e abbiamo vissuto un esperienza veramente piacevole...sia per la qualità dei Margherita tutti diversi ma ugualmente perfetti sia per la presenza altrettanto piacevole e sia professionale che umanamente dello staff rappresentato da Paolo e chiara!! Ideal para tomar café y repostería a precios asequibles. Excelente ubicación y zona de estar con una hermosa vista del casco antiguo de Genovese. El personal es increíble y amable. Siempre trato de aprender el idioma del país que visito y practicar con los lugareños, la miembro rubia del personal (lo siento, olvidé su nombre) siempre es paciente cuando intento hablar Italiano y también responde en Italiano, ayudándome con palabras/frases con las que tengo dificultades. Mientras que muchas tiendas y personal de la ciudad se niegan a hablar Italiano si no lo hablas con fluidez, el personal de este café es paciente y fomenta tu aprendizaje, y eso para mí no tiene precio.
