28/10/2025: A quick dinner featuring artisanal cured meats and raw heifer meats, all delicious! A nice selection of wines from small producers.

04/10/2025: The food quality is top notch, absolutely recommended. We ate three dishes, each of which we enjoyed: - horse tartare: excellent texture, delicate flavor; - shrimp bisque risotto: excellent. Perfectly creamy, balanced flavor, made with Acquerello rice (quality); - tiramisu: I rarely eat it in restaurants because it's not given the proper attention, but this was 10/10. Just the right amount of cream and biscuits, freshly prepared. Absolutely recommended, plus a refined wine list.
