06/11/2025: This is a dive into the classic, timeless pizza by the slice, free from trendy and/or gourmet influences. Sincere, honest, affordable, and tasty, a piece for a snack or two? Or when you want to treat yourself? Or even to take home three or four pieces each for dinner? Any occasion is a good one. What can't be copied from this pizza are the memories it evokes.
