Este restaurante de propiedad y gestión familiar está en una antigua fábrica de aceite de oliva - cueva, iluminada por poca luz y tan encantador. La comida era increíble! Todo se sentía especial y único, pero justo al lado de una de las plazas principales. Nuestra mejor noche en Puglia!

Tutto fantastico: dalla disponibilità e simpatia del personale, alla bontà di ogni piatto provato (squisito il risotto alla zucca fuori menù). Location tranquilla e accogliente. Ci torneremo senza dubbio!

The service is truly kind, attentive and friendly, the cuisine feels like it belongs to those who put a lot of love and commitment into it with seriousness. The ingredients are of excellent quality and the combinations of the dishes fully enhance it without being too complex. The attention to aromatic herbs, aromas and the balance of dishes is very high. We have discovered a rarity that has an edge. ♥️

01/05/2025: Interesting drinks to choose from on the menu, as well as snacks. Cacio e pepe and petolle chips are particularly tasty.
