The pastry shop is good, but the same can't be said for the staff...one of them was, as they say locally, a perfect "Bovaro"!!! It was spooky.

Best cannoli I've ever had in Sicily. The shell was incredibly crispy, and the ricotta was delicate yet bold. If you're in Nicosia or just passing through, the cannoli at Caffè Battaglia is a must.

12/08/2025: Leonforte doesn't have a great choice of dining options, except for pizzerias. We therefore opted for this place without high expectations. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the meticulous preparation, and the decidedly generous portions. The service, while friendly and helpful, could be more attentive.
