I stop for breakfast and I can't do without my cream and black cherry croissant... I found it super good, the cream is really 👍🏻 and I would say the coffee is also of high quality, excellent too. It's no coincidence that I came back for a snack, this time I tasted the savory one... the rustic one is amazing! I would add that I found the service very nice and the place very pleasant which, although with touches of modernity, smacks of history.

Good afternoon, a few moments ago I tasted at your bar a coffee and I bought a Halloween themed cookie Only after having made the payment or noticed from the receipt, of the cost of the biscuit which frankly I had bought without even remotely imagining that it could cost €1.20 I believe that for a very simple shortcrust biscuit not filled but possibly only painted with the colors and shape of the pumpkin is objectively exaggerated. Very good coffee in a central location. We had both sweet and savory snacks and all were delicious. The espresso was also great and even though it was very busy, the service was quick and friendly. I can only recommend it if you are in Brindisi.

05/11/2024: I can only review the restaurant as we were there for dinner only. I had seen a lot about this place in social media so at first I was sceptical as the instagrammable places usually end up being disappointing BUT Masseria Salamina absolutely met and exceeded all expectations! The pasta was done to perfection and the fish (according to my boyfriend) was perfectly tender. And of course how can I miss the stunning atmosphere in the courtyard- spectacular! We would love to come back and stay overnight!
01/11/2024: There really aren't enough words to describe how magical it is to spend time at Masseria Salamina. My husband and I got married here in September 2024 and it was truly a 10000/10 experience from start to finish. Incredible place and people, we have only wonderful things to say about the venue, owners Chiara/Filippo, and the entire staff. We stayed here in April 2024 as well just to see the venue and they treated us like family; our wedding guests echoed the same and many are eager to return. The food is phenomenal and perhaps even in the top five for all of Puglia. If you're looking for a vacation or wedding venue that's truly a jewel, this is it.

04/12/2024: I chose the Canne Bianche facility to celebrate my daughter's baptism. We found fantastic staff to welcome us.. Ottavio and Patrizia gave us the right advice and organized everything down to the smallest details and with maximum precision and attention. We had a great lunch, all our guests were happy and satisfied. I highly recommend everyone to go there, because you will certainly be happy.. I thank Ottavio, Patrizia and all the staff once again for their seriousness and availability.
01/11/2024: Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes im Canne Bianche haben wir nahezu jeden Abend im Restaurant gespeist und jeden Besuch ausnahmslos genossen. Die Qualität der Produkte und deren Zubereitung erreichen gelegentlich schon Sterneniveau nach dem Guide Michelin. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die frischen Fische (catch of the day). Aber auch eine Pizza mit Zucchiniblüten und Büffelmozzarella ist sehr lecker. Dazu trinkt man am besten die wunderbaren Weißweine der Region, die lecker und gästefreundlich kalkuliert sind. Wer Lust hat, kann natürlich auch einen Tignanello bestellen. Der sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Service rundet den tollen Gesamteindruck ab.
