30/10/2025: This restaurant will forever remain in my heart.
I booked Pentole e Provette to celebrate my 8th birthday with my girlfriend.
We've always wanted to try a "higher-end" restaurant, but we never expected such an experience.
And I'm not just talking about the food, which is obviously fantastic (spaghettone was the real highlight of the evening), but about the passion, care, and attention that Luca and Rossella consistently and never overbearingly exude, as they describe their dishes with meticulous attention, respect, and truly PLEASURE, or simply as they ask if everything is okay and bring you more bread, because no one should take the bread away from you.
They call themselves the "ferrymen" to Michelin-starred restaurants, but as far as I'm concerned, I've never had an experience so convivial yet so full of care, logic, experience, and dedication.
We had a chance to chat with Rossella after dinner, and I can only wish them both the best for the future; they deserve it all. ❣️

13/10/2025: We were absolutely impressed by this restaurant — the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all exceptional. The chef is truly talented, and every dish was a masterpiece. A well-deserved Michelin star!
