Escribo. Ausonia es mi oficina y paso fácilmente 6 horas al día allí. El personal es absolutamente fabuloso, súper eficiente y amable. Porque ocasionalmente le traigo a mi gato Walpole que en realidad puso una cara de gato en mi espuma de capuchino.

I go to Bar Ausonia every day, having the office nearby, and it has become like a second home to me. The location is priceless: a stone's throw from the sea, with a view that makes you start (or end) the day in the best way. Whether it's for a quick breakfast or a relaxing aperitif, the service is always friendly and the atmosphere welcoming. A point of reference in Brindisi, highly recommended!

The best cafe in Brindisi! Very good service, we payed less than 2€ for the corneto with chocolate. We had to wait few minutes for the table inside.

A stylish breakfast with a 20th-century ambiance, and pastries, to watch the world go by, often with family. In the evening, it's the same avenue where the young at heart can be found.

We were actually hungry, but they couldn't really offer us anything. We settled for a double espresso and a latte. It's a shame the ice cream flavors aren't on the menu. Ice cream is only available to go (?!) The coffee was very good and inexpensive. Recommended for a quick coffee break.

17/06/2025: Always a confirmation. Every year, when we go to Salento, we have dinner at Gia sotto l'arco where perfect service is combined with impeccable cuisine! Very fresh raw materials expertly managed by the Chef while in the dining room Teo and Antonella make you feel welcomed, advised and looked after with professionalism and passion. Excellent cellar! We will be back as always
31/05/2025: What a wonderful and incredible experience. The food was divine. And the service - nothing short of enchanting. I am so blown away by this beautiful restaurant. The hospitality was the best I experienced so far in all of Italy. The food, the wine, everything was magical. Not enough beautiful things to say about this wonderful place. We were seated in the balcony overseeing the piazza - book this experience for sure. What a magical evening. Grazie mille per l’esperienza!!!

11/07/2025: We dined in this beautiful location, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail, with kind and welcoming staff. The only downside was the food, which was neither excellent nor laudable. We expected much more, especially considering the prices, but it disappointed us—a great shame.
03/07/2025: We went to the restaurant of Masseria Salamina. Fantastic location, breathtaking. Very good food with delicious raw materials. We wanted to order the whole menu. Very kind and friendly staff. Recommended.
