Caffe Augusto In Taormina

A nice place with good service. I had the granita and it was excellent, and the aperitif was also quite good, thanks to the many rustic appetizers. I recommend trying it.

Visited Caffè Augusto while in Taormina. The atmosphere was cozy with a relaxed local vibe, and the service was friendly and easygoing. We tried the granita — refreshing and exactly what you want in the Sicilian heat. It also turned out to be a great stop for our friend to load up on cold beer at a very good price, which is never a bad thing in Taormina. If only I could give it a lot more stars. A truly unique bar. I often go there alone for breakfast, and everything is delicious. The best bar in the area. The girls are all very kind.

My family and I stayed at a villa nearby when we were in Sicily on holiday and visited this cafe almost every day. The granita,brioche and pistachio croissants were so tasty. Everything we tried was baked fresh and good quality. The cost was also very low for the great quality.

Excellent granita with cream; I've tried both peach, strawberry, and mulberry flavors... Very good. Soft brioche. The restaurant has air-conditioned seating inside and outside. Quick table service. Granita with brioche costs €3.50. Worth it.

My family and I had granitas and brioche for breakfast. Everything was delicious, with lots of granitas to choose from. The price was good, and the staff were helpful.
