Please please stay away from this place , day light robbery. My wife and I ordered carbonara, garlic bread, pasta with sauce and mushrooms and a side salad, 1 beer and a sprite. The bill came to 101 euros plus he added on 29 euros as a service tip. I couldn't believe it when he ask for 130 euros, what an experience, so please stay away and it the owner wishes to get in touch please do.

A great place for coffee and a warm croissant right next to the Vatican ☕🥐
The coffee is absolutely fantastic, aromatic and perfectly brewed, and the croissants are fresh, buttery, and simply delicious. The prices are a bit higher than elsewhere, but the quality makes up for it—it's really worth it. Plus, the incredibly friendly, smiling staff and that genuine, cheerful Italian vibe 🇮🇹 instantly put you in a better mood. The perfect place for a morning before visiting the Vatican! I think the reviews from the first review are incredibly unfair, because anyone choosing to eat in a touristy place should expect a higher bill.

Great service from the moment we walked in! Amazing lasagna, freshly baked. Awesome Chianti. Don’t follow the reviews in Europe, they are not real. We had a great time!

Prices are on the high side but food was good. Not a lot of options in the area if you want to have a proper meal. A restaurant in the very touristy place, I can understand their prices. 🙏

Me and my partner had a pizza each 2 drinks and a bowl of chips. They charged £102 euros for the privilage . The food was ok but there are much nicer places around to eat. And im sure would be more reasonable avoid

To all the other fellow tourists disappointed by the prices: We paid €56 for two lattes, a tiramisu, and a slice of apple pie (it was great), paid €60 in cash, and didn't receive a bill—BUT should we have expected anything different? You're paying for the location, for the lively atmosphere, and for the chance to eat while watching the processions go by. And then complain? Nope! If you want good, cheap food and drinks, go to an Italian motorway service station....

The service charge is included in the bill, yet the waiter keeps standing over you, arguing that you should pay 5 euros for the service. Ultimately, you end up paying twice for the service charge.
