04/02/2025: A true trip to Neapolitan pizza heaven! At Pizzería San Gennaro, my partner, his family and I lived a gastronomic experience that left us with a full heart (and stomach). From the first bite to the last, everything was pure magic. We start with the **frittatine** as a starter: crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and with that touch of flavor that makes you close your eyes and smile. Then came the stars of the show: the traditional **pizze**, with that airy dough and edges charred to the perfect point, and the **pizza fritta**, which surprised us by how crispy it was, without a trace of heavy oil! It seemed made with the secret of grandparents. To close with a flourish, a **dessert** that made us sigh. I don't know what they put in it, but they should patent it. And we can't forget the team: the service was **super attentive and friendly**, as if we were at a friend's house. It shows that they put heart into what they do. If you are looking for authenticity, a flavor that transports you to the kitchen of an Italian nonna, and a cozy atmosphere, this is your place.
