Unfortunately, both the escalators and the elevators have been unusable for some time now.

The items sold are always of quality and good taste, I am a long-time customer, the staff is knowledgeable and very kind, always available but unfortunately I have to point out a sore point or perhaps I should say smelly. It is not acceptable for a COIN level store to have a bathroom in those conditions. I'm not saying it isn't clean, far from it, but it's so old and in disrepair that it looks like a dump bathroom. Anti-bathroom without soap, the dispenser has been broken for a long time, a rusty and dirty waste paper bin, bathrooms with peeling doors and a dirty and old plastic bin, not to mention the smell of urine that pervades the bathroom. Of course there will also be rude people who leave dirt but those bathrooms are indecent! It's a shame that a shop that sells such beautiful items and has such kind and knowledgeable sales assistants can get lost in something so simple to solve: redoing/fixing the bathrooms.

Locale molto carino, situato nella centralissima piazza d'Italia, la più bella della città. Ha una sala interna, molto ben arredata e dispone anche di un ampio spazio esterno, con tavolini. Personale gentilissimo, professionale e disponibile. Ottima la scelta dei prodotti,per tutti i gusti, dalle cheese cake ai gelati, dagli aperitivi ad un'ampia scelta di te' e tisane. Corretto il rapporto qualità prezzo.
