I lived a few blocks away from here and never noticed this restaurant. I’m happy I did eventually. Professional customer service and delicious food. Spaces between tables were a bit too but that made it cozy and intimate. Choose between paid street parking or parking in a paid garage close by.

The drinks were on point ( old fashioned & whiskey sour). Customer service was great. The cornbread was bomb. It's definitely a nice place for a date or chill vibe

Oz said this is the DC Stop Light! I ordered the Salmon Skewers, Mac and cheese and Collards Greens. It was so SkeeWee Delicious. Atmosphere and Quality Top Tier.

They offer an extensive happy hour which is what will bring me back. They recently removed some staples (loaded fries and mini lobster roll) which was a huge bummer but the $7 Old Fashions can wash those pains away.

Fantastic service at the bar. The drinks and food were delicious and great mid week deals. Highly recommend if you're in Silver Spring.

We were a party of 8 and made a reservation and were seated immediately as our table was ready waiting for us. The server was excellent at taking care of us. The food was delicious. We ordered mussels, jumbo crab cakes, burgers, oysters and lobster rolls and we left satisfied and full. It was a great meal for us and we would love to return again.

02/03/2025: We often go to eat at this restaurant. Federica the owner always welcomes us with kindness and friendliness. The food is always excellent and varied. I recommend everything from appetizers to dessert. Today I ate a delicious dessert created by them, a basket of carasau with strawberries and mascarpone. What can I say... a goodness. I recommend everyone to try it
07/01/2025: Questa volta non eravamo proprio nel mood più adatto per cucinare così, dopo una riunione familiare, abbiamo optato per un menu da asporto per le feste di Natale. Siamo rimasti tutti piacevolmente sorpresi ed estremamente soddisfatti dalla qualità e bontà del cibo. Tutto preparato con cura e attenzione, le pietanze ci sono arrivate calde e invitanti .Alla Chicca Piperita diamo un 10 e lode , pienamente meritato!
