If there is coffee perfection, you can taste it in this place. I had the opportunity to test coffee in several months in Bolzano, and it was ok in all of them. However, all other places lag far behind in comparison to Cafe Riesen, where the coffee was delicious, delicate, aromatic, with cream-like foam. Plus very nice service.
