13/10/2025: I've been in Italy for over two weeks and this was by far the best food I have had. Everything was so delicious. The drinks, the aperitifs and the main meal. Even the bread with the local olive oil was delicious. The service was also great. You need to come here if you're in Viterbo. I highly recommend this place.

My girlfriend and I came to Contrasto for the first time on the recommendation of friends, and... what can I say, it was simply exceptional! We had such a great time that we returned the next evening, specifically to celebrate my birthday. The quality of the food is astonishing: the raw fish, for those of us who love them, was amazing; the menu is full of refined dishes, original combinations, and unique flavors that transform dinner into a truly sensory experience. The staff is friendly, cheerful, and highly professional: they make you feel welcomed and pampered, in an intimate, elegant atmosphere with attention to every detail. My sincere compliments to Tiziano, his dining room staff, and the kitchen staff: their work is impeccable. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to treat themselves not just to a dinner, but to an unforgettable memory.
