After reopening for the renovation of the bar I found a youthful, informal and friendly environment, excellent breakfasts and aperitifs. The coffee is very good. Pleasant surprise also for a quick lunch break, good quality of raw materials and dishes in general, which have increased and varied since the previous management. You don't live on food alone, being greeted even by a simple smile makes the difference. Here you can find both excellent food to nourish the body but also a warm welcome that distinguishes simply having breakfast or lunch. really compliments diamond.

Il Cantun Del Barbabuc

03/03/2024: Conosciamo questo ristorante da anni, poiché abbiamo una casa di famiglia a Sauze d’Oulx. Luca è uno splendido anfitrione e il locale, piccolo e molto curato, ha la caratteristica di farti sentire completamente a tuo agio, come se fossi a casa di amici. Sempre ottimi i piatti, con ingredienti di stagione e caratteristiche legate alla tradizione locale dell’alta Val di Susa. Ottimi i primi e le carni, sempre abbondanti le razioni. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini proposti. Non perdete l’occasione di una buona cena al Cantun!
19/02/2024: Piccolo locale nel cuore del centro storico, bellissima location, ottimo cibo e ampia carta dei vini. Dolci super e soprattutto cordiale e gentile il gestore. Bravi ci tornerò sicuramente!

04/01/2024: Local, spacious and welcoming. Stunning and special, eating, on a wooden stage and under a false ceiling, made of wood, beams and beads. The service is discreet: the chef is good and fast, but the waiters are a little cold and "not" smiling, in short, not very welcoming. The food is excellent: the "catalan" cream is tantarrobbahh!! I really appreciated the environment, that is, this restaurant-pizzeria, therefore I recommend it.
