17/07/2025: The food was homemade and plentiful. Some dishes were excellent. The location was quiet and spacious.
One note: you'd expect to see animals in all the greenery, but there were only a couple of donkeys and a few horses.
Furthermore, there are no attractions; aside from a slide and a few swings for children, there isn't much.
The rooms are nice, and the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are a plus.
13/07/2025: Mandatory (and disclaimer) review.
I arrive in the area on a Saturday, make an embarrassing number of calls, and finally—and I mean finally—this establishment answers me with a resounding "yes": there's room to sleep and dine. This in itself, on a weekend, is almost the stuff of legend.
I'm intrigued and go read the reviews. And that's when I begin to doubt the evolution of the species.
Some complain about the road being too narrow—perhaps they were hoping for a four-lane highway in the middle of the countryside? Some complain about the "unimpressive" children's playground (perhaps it lacked augmented reality, who knows), and some were expecting a swimming pool. Oh yes, some even wrote about unsanitary rooms and poorly kept animals.
But really, I wonder: a little common sense, right?
Here we're talking about a facility immersed in nature, well-kept, clean, and alive. A place where true peace reigns, which is nowadays rarer than Wi-Fi on a mountaintop.
A perfect place for children, not those who need a tablet to breathe, but those who still know how to use their imagination (if they still exist).
Maybe I'm the one who's out of touch with time, a vintage dreamer who still believes in the simple beauty of authentic things.
The staff? Genuine, kind, attentive people, with a sincere smile that's not included in the price but makes all the difference.
And the food? Homemade flavor, prepared with care. If you're looking for nouvelle cuisine in microscopic portions, change your GPS. And if something isn't perfect... surprise: we're not at the Ritz, we're among human beings.
And to those who complain: next time, maybe stay home and review your sofa.
Thank you to these people for making me
feel welcome.
I'll be back, I will be back. Because here, simply, it's good.
Thank you. Seriously. Three times.
Thank you, thank you, and thank you again.
