We entered by chance, we were a little scared, in this area there are many tourist traps, and instead we were pleasantly surprised. With 10 euros we got 3 empanadas, good, varied and nice and full + a nice plate of fried potatoes. With 6 euros we got a medium beer with which, in the evening, a cutting board is also included. Very kind staff. In the end with 16 euros we left with full bellies, we ate well and 50 meters from Piazza De Ferrari. I think that nowadays, where even the humblest dives have become jewelry stores, we absolutely couldn't ask for anything better. I will definitely be back.

Great cocktails, nice view and friendly staff

Eravamo in gita a Genova e dopo aver visitato alcuni luoghi storici della zona abbiamo optato per un pranzo al Cafè il Barbarossa. Ottime le empandas e le trofie al pesto. Nel menù non sono indicate le bevande, abbiamo ordinato due calici di Pigato, al momento del conto la sorpresa: "8.00€ a calice" veramente esagerato! Il personale è simpatico e accogliente ma ecco, prima di ordinare da bere chiedete magari il costo per non avere spiacevoli sorprese.
