Café Du Theatre In Aosta

Found by chance excellent experiences.

The place is a little too small to serve these dishes which require more space but overall it wasn't bad. .....after having published this review which expressed my personal opinion and which didn't seem so unpleasant to me, given the stars I would say more than sufficient, like the response I believe from the owner who felt offended in believing that I I didn't appreciate his work and commitment and in general of all those who work for us clients, I really think I was too good in judging for the simple fact that I take everyone's work into consideration, but not when someone thinks they are a higher level but he doesn't know what it means. My, our experience, given that I was not alone, will certainly not make us return although I still consider the opinion I gave correct but perhaps not deserved.

Small place under the Arch of Augustus. Special mention for the service, fast, available and present but not cumbersome. We took the bourguignonne: good, selected meats, worth trying. The desserts are also good.

We arrived after the lunch service was over. We asked for some fondue and the chef was about to leave the restaurant but she kindly offered to quickly make us a fondue before leaving. It was so kind and even the servers knowledge on the local products was impressive. Thank you for the amazing service.

We've been here twice. Excellent polenta, fondue and raclette. Too bad we didn't try the bourguignonne... it will be for next time

Great restaurant and very pleasant discovery in Aosta. Impeccable service, excellent food (the Chinese fondue is simply incredible, the beef with herbs is a treat) and a friendly setting. A beautiful culinary address in Aosta.
