My girlfriend and I were in Recanati in April and we randomly stopped in this little bar for an aperitif. A very positive stop, the bar offers a mixed platter with typical Marche products to taste together with a decent variety of wines. the staff are very kind, they make you feel a relaxed and youthful atmosphere

Very very nice bar in the central square of Recanati. We took a sandwich and a piadina to take away and were served rather quickly. In my opinion the sandwich (countryside) is super, the piadina is normal (it will be). It has tables and sofas on the square. Very kind and welcoming staff, so much so that we returned afterwards for a coffee. Fair prices considering the location.

A nice little place, with very courteous and competent staff on dishes and wines, where we had a light, quick but appetizing lunch and at truly ridiculous prices compared to other places in equally famous squares. Wine only by the glass or whole bottle, a half measure would be best.

Invited by the positive reviews, I booked for an aperitif dinner for three people. The person who took the reservation on the phone was very kind, the waitress was kind and served us two platters with cold cuts, cheeses and croutons, all very good and at a fair price (€35 for two platters, a glass of wine and a beer). All in the enchanting setting of Piazza Leopardi, under the eye of the "fabulous young man".

When you think of sitting in a piazza in a small Italian town, soaking up the atmosphere while you sip on an Aperol spritz, this is exactly what you imagine. Cafe De La Prix is a lovely spot to sit. The cafe/bar is located on Recanati’s main piazza and has with comfy sofas and tables outside in the sun. We sat here for a simple lunch of panini and spritzes on a lovely summery day. They also had a good selection of cold-cut meat and cheese platters. The outdoor tables are the best spot to sit because there’s so much to look at here. The grand Palazzo Communale acts as a backdrop, in the centre is a marble statue of the poet, Giacomo Leopardi, and the ancient Borgo Tower, looms over it all. It’s a charming spot.
