The restaurant is located at the 5th floor, I do recommend using the lift since it’s quite a climb. The lift is really small for max 4 people.
It’s a high end place that draws that type of crowd and reflects it in prices and presentation of the food.
Overall it’s really good for a hefty price.
The staff is professional and speaks multiple languages.

Highly recommended! We had dinner there with friends; the view over the rooftops of Bolzano is truly unique. Attentive and very friendly service, and the food was Michelin-star worthy. We'll definitely be back! 🫶

I did not stay there (rooms) but I came for lunch , the service, and the view . "The moment you walk in, the captivating ambiance and glorious balcony view mesmerize you, setting the stage for the staircase's utterly astonishing reveal."

Our group of four enjoyed aperitifs. The house aperitif was delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive, and they brought us blankets since we were sitting outside.

A restaurant on the top floor of a building in the center of Bolzano with a beautiful view of the city's rooftops. Seasonal menu and excellent dishes. Very elegant design and friendly service. Highly recommended!

One of our favorite restaurants in Bolzano
We've been going to Arome regularly for years and have always been very satisfied – both with the food and the service. However, for about six months now, we've noticed a significant decline in the quality of service. On our last visit on November 8th, the courses were served far too quickly, leaving hardly any time to enjoy the food properly. We found the way the food was served particularly unpleasant: the waiter passed the plate across the table, forcing my wife to turn her head to avoid being knocked off. This seemed careless and unintentional – something one wouldn't expect from a restaurant of Arome's caliber.
We greatly appreciate Arome and hope that the service will soon return to the warmth and professionalism that has always made this restaurant so special for us.

I ordered tartare, ravioli, and duck breast, and they were all delicious! I especially recommend the tartare. It was the best of all the Italian restaurants I've been to :)
