The interior design is modern, with attention to detail and a touch of originality that makes the atmosphere truly pleasant. The view of the hills is simply enchanting, especially from the outdoor terrace, perfect for a relaxing lunch or dinner. The dishes are elegantly and creatively presented, with balanced and surprising flavor combinations. A restaurant that perfectly combines taste, aesthetics, and hospitality – highly recommended!

Tutto eccezionale! Tutte le pietanze sono gustose, curate e ricche di personalità con degli interessanti contrasti di sapori. Il pane fatto in casa è molto fragrante e sempre fresco. Personale professionale, cortese e simpatico. Terrazze con vista sul centro di Bolzano con atmosfera rilassante. Lo consiglio!

Ein echtes Erlebnis! Schon das Stöbern in der traumhaften Parfümerie im Erdgeschoss macht Freude. Danach ein Glas Champagner im stilvollen Zwischenstock genießen – sehr zu empfehlen. Von dort gelangt man direkt ins Bekleidungshaus Oberauchzitt. Das Highlight: das Essen im Thaler Arome im 5. Stock – über den Dächern von Bozen. Feine Gerichte, tolle Auswahl, großartiger Service. Ich komme bestimmt wieder!!!

🌟 A true experience above the rooftops of Bolzano! 🌟 My visit to Thaler Arome was a delight for all the senses from start to finish! Upon entering the elegant Thaler, I was enchanted by the scent of fine perfumes in the beautiful perfumery on the ground floor – a place to linger and browse, which only heightened my anticipation for the rest of the evening. Before heading up to the fifth floor for dinner, I treated myself to a sparkling glass in the stylish champagne bar on the mezzanine floor – highly recommended! From there, you can go directly to the fashionably inspiring Oberauchzitt clothing store, whose selection and atmosphere perfectly fit the overall experience. The absolute highlight, however, was lunch at Thaler Arome at the top: high above the rooftops of Bolzano, with a stunning view and a stylish, relaxed atmosphere. The dishes were finely balanced, skillfully prepared, and simply delicious. The selection was impressive with creative compositions and high-quality ingredients – there was something for every taste. The attentive and warm service, which made my visit to Bolzano perfect, is also particularly noteworthy. I'll definitely be back – a place you have to see, experience, and taste!
