I arrived just before the kitchen closed to get something to eat, was greeted very warmly, and was able to choose from all the dishes. The food was very good and enjoyable, with bread with homemade spread and good coffee. Reasonable prices and a great atmosphere.

Good morning This restaurant has a great name and a truly charming location. I had lunch there with my family, and the food was truly excellent. It's just a shame that the waitress makes the service lacking in simple courtesy and kindness. I've noticed this kind of unkindness and rudeness on other occasions, but I'd like to share it today. I'll be back because, as a Bolzano native, I find the restaurant to be a remarkable value, both in terms of quality and comfort. Thank you.

A very refined atmosphere on the 5th floor and a magnificent view from the terrace over the rooftops of Bolzano and the surrounding area. The service is very friendly, pleasantly discreet, and attentive. Even though the menu is relatively small, everyone will find something to their liking. The food from the kitchen can, without exaggeration, be described as very fine and exquisite. For our main courses, we had fish soup and guinea fowl breast, and for dessert, panna cotta with pineapple and coconut sorbet! Everything was simply delicious and absolutely divine! We will definitely come back and will make a reservation in advance.

Restaurant in Bolzano's historic center, on the top floor of the renowned Thaler Profumerie building, with a stunning view of the city's rooftops. An elegant restaurant with extremely kind and always available staff. I dined there on Valentine's Day with my wife. I'd say the dinner was gourmet, with dishes that were visually stunning (from a Michelin-starred chef) but especially when tasted: from the smoked salmon with pea and buttermilk cream to the veal cooked (sous vide) at a low temperature with buckwheat that tasted like butter. Lime-flavored tortelli bursting with flavor, and dessert with raspberry variations. The pairings were top-notch. I'll definitely be back. The prices are appropriate for the location and the quality of the food.

We visit the best restaurant in Bolzano at least once a year. This time was simply fantastic again. The "Three Kinds" appetizer was divine. I've never eaten such amazing steak tartare anywhere else. Yesterday I tried the fish soup. How incredible was that?! We're always thrilled. Thank you also for the excellent service and the lovely atmosphere. Best regards, the Burzynski family.

Perfectly cook dishes, beautifully presented in a very nice setting. Everything tasted great.

The restaurant is located at the 5th floor, I do recommend using the lift since it’s quite a climb. The lift is really small for max 4 people. It’s a high end place that draws that type of crowd and reflects it in prices and presentation of the food. Overall it’s really good for a hefty price. The staff is professional and speaks multiple languages.
