Terminó aquí después de una debacle en otro restaurante. Tenía el menú sorpresa de 4 platos. ¡Todo fue increíble! Servicio - comida - presentación fueron todos 5 estrellas.

Great New Year's Eve dinner with my partner and some friends, everything perfect. Sublime, balanced and well-measured food, double compliments to the kitchen, in particular for the attention paid to my celiac partner. Service never intrusive, always attentive and kind. Cozy and very spacious environment. In conclusion, highly recommended.

Tolles Restaurant über den Dächern von Bozen! Ambiente, Service und Qualität auf oberstem Niveau! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und es wurde proaktiv auf eine bereits im Vorfeld angegebene Unverträglichkeit eingegangen, indem gleich beim Überreichen der Speisekarte erläutert wurde, welche Gerichte dadurch nicht infrage kommen, aber auch welche man gerne ein wenig variiert, damit es passt! Ganz klasse, erlebt man in dieser Form nicht sehr oft! Es gibt eine kleine, sehr ansprechende Speisekarte mit gut komponierten Gerichten aus regionalen Zutaten; eine Entscheidung fällt schwer, da sich alles sehr lecker anhört. Und so war es dann auch - sehr gut, sehr lecker!!! Mit der passenden Weinempfehlung war es ein toller Abend! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Bozen sind!

A refined dining experience in the center of Bolzano, Italy. Arôme was a very nice dining experience…. From the beef tartare, the ultra tender and flavor beef cheek and the black truffle house made tagliatelle… everything was delicious. The servers worked as a team and were formal and professional, yet friendly. A rooftop is available on nice days, too. This is one restaurant I would gladly return.

The Arome was a discovery for us in Bolzano. For a long time we were put off by the rustic dummy waiter at the entrance. Intrigued by the reviews, we booked a table. We were thrilled. Both the dishes and the wine selection were top. We had a wonderful starter selection of tartare, vitello tonato and stuffed squash blossom - all a poem. The beef fillet and the venison were buttery tender. Very nice service. Thank you for the lovely evening.

...actually I shouldn't write that, otherwise a lot of people will go there... - Nevertheless: The food as well as the service was really OUTSTANDING! We enjoyed the surprise menu and were given excellent advice regarding wine. Everything was just right and we enjoyed the evening with fine food... and at fair prices!

Great to have view of mountains and rooftops from terrace. Excellent food.
