Cafe Bistro Fortezza Franzensfeste In Fortezza

We were in the bistro after a tour of the Franzensfeste. Very friendly staff and the apple strudel was really tasty.

We were on the way home from Italy to take a break in Franzenfeste. And very enthusiastic about the food in the bistro. Great quality e.g. well-seasoned handmade fries and nuggets and delicious fresh bowls, plus very nice service.

We attended a cooking class "ban Franzl" and had an entertaining and educational evening. Chef and restaurant owner "Manni" shared his expertise with us in a very friendly and warm way and showed us new perspectives on cooking. Conclusion: This restaurant cooks with great experience, a lot of professional competence and great attention to detail, the staff is very friendly and the ambience is unique and therefore definitely worth a visit. We had an unforgettable evening and will definitely come back.
