Cadillac Ranch In Pesche

Credo che qui si possa mangiare la migliore pizza della zona. Ovviamente i gusti sono personali, ma quasi ogni sabato ci scappa la pizza e l'ho assaggiata in vari posti ma quella del Cadillac si trova una spanna sopra. Ho letto alcune recensioni negative, parlano di hamburger, americanate varie, io credo che il proprietario abbia solo espresso una propria passione nell arredo ma poi ha dovuto fare i conti con abitudini locali d altronde 30 anni fa la cucina americana non era apprezzata dalle nostre parti. Chi vuole hamburger e patatine va al Mac Donald's.

Incredible place, at the entrance to Pesche: Cadillacs, Beetles, street signs, petrol pumps and an endless series of fragments of American Dream On The Road. The food is good, the beer is fresh and thirst-quenching, the menu plays on tastes and words. The atmosphere is cheerful and relaxed, the contrasts are strong: you exit an Eldorado, a gas station sign moves, and the view lands on the very green Molise, and on the Mainarde lost in the sunset. It's all absurd, and funny. Note of merit: we showed up after hours, without a reservation, with a small child and a dog, and they still did everything they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible.

Spectacular place, very particular and unique in its kind, while the quality of the food could be done better (and therefore the quality/price ratio). It is certainly a place to try at least once, perhaps on pleasant evenings when it is also possible to eat outside.

I think it's the most particular place in the province. Every time you get lost admiring all the wonders that Benito and co. they installed. The staff is very kind and the food excellent. Top place that we should also advertise outside the region. Well done👏👏

Truly unique and fun place...in pure US style! Friendly staff. Exceptional Mex potatoes.. (other good fried foods too) good but not exceptional burger sandwiches... next time we'll try the pizza!

A small unexpected pearl in the center of Molise

Beautiful and characteristic place. We returned after 10 years and found the same welcoming environment. For us it is a place of the heart.
