We tried the Roman-style artichokes, so tender—it's hard to find them this good—a potato flan with speck and buffalo mozzarella, paccheri with Neapolitan ragù, and a broccoli and sausage lasagna, original and truly delicious. Everything was delicious!
The staff was welcoming and helpful from start to finish, with a rare level of attention. The atmosphere is warm and peaceful, and dining on the heated veranda in the garden was a real pleasure. It's very comfortable and warm, and the setting is truly charming.
We will definitely be back to try more specialties! This trattoria has an identity all its own. Highly recommended!
27/11/2025: What a wonderful discovery! This trattoria combines authentic flavors and high-quality cuisine with a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.
We started with the tender and fragrant Roman-style artichokes, and the fresh and flavorful puntarelle with anchovies and Roman ricotta. The rosemary potato flan with speck and buffalo mozzarella was irresistible, while the carbonara with truffle was a true treat for the palate, creamy and fragrant. The expertly crafted garlic and olive oil surprised us: seemingly simple, yet incredibly balanced and full of character. The Neapolitan ragù won us over with its intense and enveloping flavor, and the broccoli and sausage lasagna was a pleasant surprise, original and tasty.
The icing on the cake was the heated veranda in the garden, perfect for enjoying dinner even on cooler evenings, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind and attentive without ever being intrusive.
A place we'll definitely return to, to savor traditional and original dishes, all prepared with great care and passion. Highly recommended!
