Initially, we chose Cacio & Peppe simply because it was handy for the apartment we were staying in. After one meal however, we revisited it over and over again. A very friendly family run restaurant serving meals of the highest quality. You will need to book in advance though: such is the well-deserved demand for this restaurant.

Very friendly service, speaks many languages, and was very customer-oriented. The food tasted like mom's. The pasta was perfectly al dente, with just the right amount of sauce. The tiramisu was also delicious. And it was very good value. We had three courses with a drink and paid €25 each. It was worth the money, and we enjoyed it.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and we had a great time, from the aperitif to the dessert/digestif, it was flawless. Lasagna, pasta, wine, tiramisu, limoncello, you will find the true flavors of Italy. And the owners are adorable. I highly recommend this place

Llamé a la oportunidad y tuvimos una comida encantadora. Fettuccine boloñesa y una lasaña. Muy razonable, tamaños de porción perfectos y muy sabroso. El pastel de limoncello iba a morir. Muy recomendable.

02/10/2025: The best Italian restaurant out of the 9 we tried during our stay. Very tasty food, an excellent chef! It is clear that the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. In addition, a very pleasant atmosphere.

05/10/2025: Best food we have had in Rome. Authentic with rich amazing flavors. Atmosphere added a traditional feeling to it that made the experience even better. Highly suggest the sausage with black truffle creme. For dessert the berry panna cotta.
02/10/2025: My husband and I went to Italy for two weeks for our honeymoon and Marco G Osteria was by far the best food we have had this entire trip. It was so good we came back a second time during our stay! The food was phenomenal, atmosphere was cozy, warm and inviting and I cannot say enough great things about the owner, Marco, himself. Not only was he personable in the fact that he remembered us and our orders from the first time we dined here, but both times we ate at his restaurant, he was essentially running everything by himself and did it effortlessly. 10/10 I would recommend Marco G every chance I can.
