The local pizza restaurant with Sardinian specialties is closed. In its place another pizza restaurant with new management...
Update August 2024: the place is open. I confirm excellent cuisine, staff helpful with customers and kind. I gladly went back. From the outside there isn't much lighting and the place can seem closed.
There is no air conditioning, there are blades on the ceiling.

A great insider tip - it's still a Richter Wirt and has been for 45 years

Perfect service, very good and inexpensive Sardinian food, not just for tourists! Also recommended for families!

They make amazing Sardinian cuisine... In the wider area there is nothing to match! Truly a must try.. In addition to the pizzas and the traditional menu 👍

We ate both the pizza which was very good...fine, as we Romans like it,...cooked well...well seasoned...and the typical Sardinian...this too absolutely worthy of note.
Of further note, particularly from my point of view which is not negligible, is the friendliness and kindness of Tommaso, the boy who served us with extreme courtesy and making us have fun

When we return from abroad to Venice airport with the desire for a nice plate of pasta we stop here, which is very close to the airport by car.
Its menu ALSO includes typical Sardinian dishes, which is what appeals to us.
The mixed Sardinian starter for €10 was not memorable: salami, pecorino, smoked ricotta, pecorino cream, olives, 2 homemade dried tomatoes and artichokes in oil. Even the mixed cold cuts didn't excite us.
I recommend getting straight to the point and aiming for the main dishes.
👉We tasted the first courses with typical Sardinian pasta shapes.
Lados (like orecchiette but not hollow, they are flat) and maccarones de busa (they remind me of a mix between pici and bucatini), both seasoned with wild boar ragù (and cheese) or sausage ragù: good, good and plentiful. 👍Special mention for the culurgiones seasoned with butter and sage: mouth-watering!
You can't leave without tasting the seadas, €4.50: a non-sweet fried dessert - fried well - filled with cheese - so tasty! - and drizzled on the top with honey. Good for people like me who love cheese but it was the 1st seadas of my life and I have no terms of comparison.
The owner is friendly, puts you at ease and the waiters are very kind.
😐 The only flaw: long wait between starter and first courses.
Advise!
