We ate very well, fish dishes a little different from the usual... The only flaw, the portions were REALLY small... Especially the second courses.

Very beautiful and welcoming location with a mix of classic and original furnishings, also the possibility of an internal or external veranda directly in the heart of the village which is wonderful and where you fly, very kind, attentive and super prepared staff, dishes that I can say... an experience to try in person (screaming! everything fantastic) if you want to enjoy a top evening and be pampered, this is the right place, and as you would do with borghese, location 10 service 10 food 10 bill 10... highly recommended!!!

A wonderful little restaurant tucked away in a quiet side street. Beautifully decorated, cozy atmosphere, and a warm, welcoming team! Thank you to the amazing staff for making us feel right at home! We came back several evenings in a row and were blown away each time: fresh seafood pasta, perfect pizza, crisp salads, delicious desserts, and a great selection of Italian wines. Everything was made with care and attention and special requests were happily accommodated. The value for money is excellent, and the overall experience was just perfect. If you're in Cavi Lavagna and looking for a place close to the sea with real Italian charm, this is a must-visit! 🇮🇹🍝🦐🍕🍷🌊

Our experience at this restaurant was a tale of two meals—one exceptional, the other deeply disappointing. The first visit was outstanding. The octopus was so tender my toddler could eat it with ease, the pizza was so good my older son asked for seconds, and the grilled fish was juicy and flavorful. It was easily one of the best meals we had in Italy. But the second time around felt like an entirely different restaurant. The same octopus dish came out as dry, over-grilled tentacle ends that were tough to chew. The pizza was average, lacking the seasoning and balance of our first visit. And to make matters worse, we waited over an hour for the food to arrive. We returned expecting consistency, but instead, the drop in quality and care was hard to ignore.

I don't know if it was too much for the staff this evening. But there was no table when we arrived as we had booked so we had to stand at the bar for 20 minutes. It took a strangely long time to get the food but it came and tasted super good. Unfortunately we only got the starter as they forgot our main courses. It took too long so we cancelled them as it unfortunately also got cold in the evening outside. We also ordered two coffees as the children wanted dessert (which they got and on time) but where only one of us got the coffee. When it was time to pay they brought the second coffee. 🤭 Despite the slight chaos I think the staff were nice and tried their best. The food we got (😉) was very good. I can imagine a return visit but then I expect everything to be in order. Addition: Forgot my sunglasses there which they so kindly took care of and I got them back the next day. An extra star for this!

Absolutely amazing Italian food. We stumbled upon this place by chance, and I’m so glad we did. Everything we ordered was seriously delicious — you can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors were just spot on. The pasta was perfectly cooked (like actually al dente, not mushy like some places), and the sauce tasted homemade, rich, and comforting. We also had pizza and focaccia — honestly, no notes. The vibe of the restaurant is cozy and unpretentious. Service was friendly, attentive but not overbearing. It just felt like they genuinely cared that we were enjoying ourselves. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves the shoutout.

In occasione di un soggiorno con amici a Cavi di Lavagna Borgo, sabato non volevamo spostarci con l’auto per cenare, abbiamo cercato nelle vicinanze dell’hotel, entriamo per informazioni e subito siamo stati catturati dai modi gentili della proprietaria così abbiamo prenotato l’ultimo tavolo. La sera siamo stati accolti dal personale con un ampio sorriso e la massima cortesia, consultiamo il menù e ci sono parecchi piatti che ci stuzzicano, decidiamo per tortino di acciughe fritte, muscoli alla marinara, calamaretti alla diavola, spaghetti vongole e bottarga, spiedino di calamari con scarola ripassata, il tutto oserei dire degno di un locale “stellato” (forse meglio, le porzioni non risicate), il bianco della casa gentile e delicato al palato; i dolci che abbiamo assaggiato, io che li ho, da leccarsi i baffi. Talmente soddisfatti che abbiamo prenotato subito per la domenica sera, un’altra esperienza degna di essere vissuta, il polpo in insalata e/o rosticciato, delicato, da sciogliersi in bocca, ottime come da aspettative anche le altre pietanze. Dovessi ripassare dalla Riviera, farà sicuramente parte di una sosta per pranzo o cena, con il proposito di assaggiare piatti diversi.

Scoperto per caso ed è risultato un piacevole incontro. Accoglienti e cordiali, (mai darlo per scontato) si respira un’aria familiare e non pretenziosa ma i piatti al contrario raccontano una cucina vera e genuina. Corretto rapporto qualità prezzo Assaggiato 2 portate fuori menù. Acciughe ripiene impanate ottime. Stoccafisso accomodato ben lavorato. Torta di mele con gelato alla crema molto piacevole. Lo consiglio e sicuramente ci ritornerò. Bravi.
