Pleasant discovery!
A place that had been intriguing us for some time and for various reasons we had not managed to try until yesterday for dinner... Wonderful place, large interiors, in wood that remind us of cabins. Everything is very well-kept even on the outside, immersed in the pine forest, in the middle of nowhere, which makes you forget you are near Ravenna! Menu with traditional dishes, even special ones, meat and fish, all well-kept and cooked in the glass kitchen or on the grill in full view. Wonderful! Absolutely to try the knife-cut Mora Romagnola ham... Delicious! The tagliatella with ragù is delicious, delicate. The exquisite sliced steak. The selection of cheeses with jams, excellent! The desserts are delicious. For the service 11 out of 10! With the lack of staff or inexperienced staff that are around, you cannot help but notice and appreciate a single person serving about 25/30 customers who does his job impeccably... certainly with a lot of experience and passion! Congratulations for the professionalism and kindness! We will definitely be back to try other dishes like the Florentine steak and other types of homemade pasta! Prices? More than fair! Very good

I returned to this restaurant after years and I must say it was a pleasant surprise. A special place, beautiful, but it seems more like a mountain hut than a place in a maritime pine forest. We had tagliatelle with morels (off the menu) ...

Amo percorrere la via Romea, cosa che non mi capita molto spesso in quanto, per andare a Venezia, la strada che faccio in prevalenza, per una questione di tempo, è l'autostrada. Trovandomi nei pressi di Ravenna per cena mi sono fermato in questo ristorante molto particolare, in legno, con grandi camini in cui i piatti alla brace proposti dai gestori, di carne e pesce, trovano la loro esaltazione: ho infatti optato per l'anguilla alla griglia, a cui ho abbinato un piatto di passatelli al brodo di cappone. Servizio perfetto e cibo eccellente.

Ho scelto un menù di carne, il tagliere di salumi di mora romagnola è eccellente, lo strudel di ricotta e radicchio trevigiano davvero delizioso, così come il risotto di germano reale e riduzione di sangiovese. Cantina non ricchissima, ma la scelta c'è e il ricarico è onesto. Servizio sufficiente e location confortevole. Non è a buonmercato, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è onesto. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
