Spectacular. All the dishes are exquisite, especially the melt-in-your-mouth braised beef and the tender, flavorful ribs. Friendly and welcoming owners, panoramic valley views. Highly recommended.

Personale accogliente ed ottima cucina, da ritornare. Michela accoglie tutti con un sorriso e ti mette a tuo agio. Tutto buonissimo soprattutto il pane fatto in casa da loro.

What a show! We went for lunch on Sunday, the place is rustic and well kept. All family run and home made products of incredible quality. We ate very well and the genuine atmosphere that you breathe in the premises is something that you no longer find. Despite the heat (torrid June) with the windows open it was better than with the climate. Congratulations!

Bisogna avere un po' di pazienza nell'aspettare i piatti, ma ne vale veramente la pena. Anche il loro vino rosso sfuso è ottimo così come l'olio che producono. Pane buonissimo. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente e il prezzo era onesto. Appena riesco ci ritorno!!

Small place but so much stuff! Polite, approachable and very friendly staff. Food 100!!! All really very good!!! The crostini with lard... The cold cuts... The carne salada... The beans... The giardiniera prepared with spectacular courgettes... The mini tortels!!! The dumplings were good but the barley, radicchio and teroldego were mouth-watering! Then cut, very soft ribs, wow braised meat and polenta! To finish, bread cake and panna cotta with strawberry jam... A unique satisfaction for the palate and the aromas 😍😍😍

Excellent food and service! It's now the fourth time we've gone and every time it's a certainty that we eat well. Homemade, non-greasy food, generous portions and quality in everything. Price consistent with the proposal. Compliments to the staff.

15/10/2025: I really liked it; it's a rustic, casual place with very friendly staff. I had a great time. The food selection is wide and good quality. Excellent value for money.
04/10/2025: Thankfully, there are still trattorias serving traditional, good-quality, and plentiful dishes, without Michelin-starred chefs. Trentino is increasingly becoming a place for the elite. Eating well with a good glass of wine for just over €20, like at La Negritella, is becoming increasingly difficult.

10/07/2025: We visited this family-run pizzeria and were truly delighted! The atmosphere is welcoming, with a homey feel, and the staff is kind and attentive. The pizza is truly exceptional—thin crust, super-fresh ingredients, and a well-balanced flavor. We particularly loved the Quattro Forme and tuna—fragrant, with crispy edges and melted cheese. The prices are more than fair for the quality. It's a true family pizzeria, where you can feel the passion for their work. A perfect place for both a dinner with friends and a family lunch. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who loves Italian pizza made with love!
