After an extensive hike, we knew from our experience of the past few years where a stopover would delight both heart and stomach! The Lenzenhof is located above the "rooftops of Tramin." Views, relaxation, and culinary delights, all with a backpack full of humanity, can be enjoyed here in a very special way. Whether the young manager or her particularly friendly lady serves you, you've come to the right place. What's conjured up here in the kitchen cements the much-praised variety of South Tyrolean specialties. This is where I belong, this is where I go, this is where I feel at home wherever I am. It's the kind of warmth that I rave about here. That's why I can recommend every hiker, come here to the Lenzenhof and enjoy the food and the beautiful garden. Definitely! Hospitality, idyllic setting, cleanliness, friendly staff, panoramic views a feast for the eyes. Today, we hiked again from Tramin towards the Traminer Höhenweg/Graun (moderate difficulty, paved paths... a bit of fitness required, as the first hour involves quite a bit of elevation gain). Bacon & cheese board with Pinot Blanc/Muscatel...and an oven-fresh strudel...😚 Definitely always worth a trip! A quick call to see if it's open is ALWAYS better than checking the times online. A super-friendly wine tavern with regional food and home-grown wine. Excellent, competent service. Dogs are welcome. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, and the view of Lake Kaltern is unique. I'd love to come back.

Stunning ambience with outstanding views of the surrounding area and Lake Kaltern. Very prompt, friendly waitresses full of positive energy and charisma (one in particular 😜) bring the beautifully presented dishes to the guests. The kitchen deserves the highest praise and recognition: We dined here for three consecutive days and fondly remember the culinary diversity! We hadn't expected it here or in this way. Excellent value for money... We would love to come back to South Tyrol, hopefully we can do it again soon! We hope so 🙋‍♂️

Absolutely amazing view over Lake Kaltern, super friendly service, good wine, and reasonable prices. The only thing is the approach is a bit confusing.
