Food was good, but we've had to go at the counter several times because items were missing from the order, not to mention that I had to go myself 2 floors down, at the bar to get my coffee and then have my pancakes cold because of the waiting cue !! Ridiculous.

06/12/2025: Upon arrival, you line up in front of the company. You go to security and register. The CMR stamp is placed at the security desk upon exit. The staff (the female security guard and the loaders, especially the native Italian, a great guy) are very friendly.
20/11/2025: Thanks for the positive vibes. The woman at the checkpoint was amazing. 🥰 Fast unloading. The entire process took 1 hour, including lab testing and unloading each bag directly onto the line. Clean restrooms and showers. Coffee and snacks. The helpful person gave instructions, everything was great. Thank you.
