I went to Burger King Piazzale Francesco Roncalli Brescia for a quick dinner before the movie. I ordered via tablet but couldn't pay because there's no card option, only Satispay. So I went to the cashier, where the show began. The girl preparing the orders (with a tag saying A...) began arrogantly dictating orders to her colleagues, throwing the bags and sandwiches inside, and yelling at the kitchen that she wasn't getting anything and that I had to hurry. Meanwhile, another colleague, also very nervous (he was wearing the delivery service) was shouting numbers, calling the kitchen, and using inappropriate language. I understand there was a moment of chaos, problems in the kitchen, etc. All fair enough, but absolutely NOT in front of several customers! We were all embarrassed by this little show! The fact is, I enjoyed this glimpse for 15 minutes and then my sandwich arrived, thank goodness it was supposed to be a quick dinner. I realize in my mind that the place is really crowded, and I don't just mean the tables, which could also be "normal" given that people eat right inside the kitchen... I'm attaching a photo. Too bad, because in the end the sandwich is always good!!

Very nice, it's a shame there isn't a machine to refill glasses.

We often eat at this restaurant and have always had a great time. The food is excellent, the service is fast and excellent, and the staff is always very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend it.
