I had several drinks on different days. So I met different staff... I had problems with the totem, and unfortunately once I ran into staff who were not attentive to customer problems.

Air conditioning a little too strong....but everything else was fine....we asked to clean a table and they immediately came to clean it

Passed by one evening tired from work, the first impact wasn't much, there was an unidentified animal immediately after the entrance... For the rest all was well.

The place has just been renovated and is very nice, but as always the speed of service is too slow. We went last night, order placed at 10.30pm and 3 sandwiches arrived after more than half an hour and the place was almost empty. Quite dirty because the tables at the bottom were full of midges, the door was kept open even though the air conditioner was on and therefore it filled with insects. Improvements have certainly been made but on certain things it would be better to make changes. However, the food itself is good!

Personale cortese,attento e preparato. Menzione speciale per Valentina ( di turno la sera del 17 marzo 2024 a Trecate) Una manna dal cielo...sorridente e preparatissima. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati...anche al drive. Il top. Brava Valentina!
