Burger King is a well-known fast food chain, so I won't focus on food, quality and prices, which remain in line with the brand's standards. However, regarding the service, I can't say the same.
During a visit on a very normal Monday evening, with a moderate turnout, I noticed a shortage of staff, which led to rather long waiting times, even just to prepare two simple sandwiches. This situation, in my opinion, could easily be resolved with a few more resources in the kitchen, thus improving the efficiency of the service and the overall customer experience.
It's a shame, because faster service would certainly make a difference in a place of this type.

Got food during the Milan - Inter Derby and despite the incredible crowd of fans and other customers they managed to serve people very quickly. Nothing to say about the sandwich, classic Burger King sandwich

Super quick dinner in a well-kept, clean place. I spoke to an employee named Lorena. A smiling and friendly person also helped me with the selection on the totem. that in these very fast and messed up places it is not easy to find such kind and helpful people. Thank you

Personally, I have always enjoyed the indistinguishable grilled taste of Burger King's burgers, crispy fries and a number of their other products. The service is discreet. I only hope that the interior of the place continues to preserve that nostalgic and welcoming style of vintage fast food, that they don't overturn it like the new design with little personality of another well-known fast food restaurant.
