Burger King In Firenze

Small Burger King next to the multi-story parking lot in Piazza Leon Battista Alberti. Clean, two-story restaurant. Quick table service, but as always, depends on peak times. Clean restrooms, accessed via a code given to customers upon request at the counter.

Great place to eat, I go there often for both lunch and dinner and have always had a great experience. They've made some improvements in the past few months, including being able to log in to your account on the ordering screen, and the best thing is the very convenient table service! I recommend everyone to go!

Service was quick, tables clean, food was what you expect from burger king. No complaints!

Sono stato al Burger King di Piazza Alberti durante una pausa pranzo, approfittando della posizione comoda e del parcheggio abbastanza facile da trovare nei dintorni. Il locale è spazioso e moderno, con un’area interna pulita e ben organizzata. Il personale è stato gentile, anche se un po’ lento nel gestire gli ordini, forse per via dell’affluenza. Il panino era buono, come da standard BK: caldo, ben assemblato e gustoso. Le patatine invece erano tiepide e leggermente molli, sembravano preparate da un po’. Complessivamente una buona esperienza per chi cerca un pasto veloce senza troppe pretese. Non è il miglior fast food in assoluto, ma sicuramente uno dei più affidabili in zona.

I visited Burger King in Piazza Alberti during a lunch break, taking advantage of its convenient location and relatively easy parking nearby. The restaurant is spacious and modern, with a clean and well-organized interior. The staff was friendly, although a little slow in processing orders, perhaps due to the crowds. The sandwich was good, as per BK standards: hot, well-assembled, and tasty. The fries, however, were lukewarm and slightly soggy; they seemed to have been prepared a while ago. Overall, a good experience for those looking for a quick, unpretentious meal. It's not the best fast food restaurant, but it's definitely one of the most reliable in the area.

What can I say? Burger King is my favorite fast food chain. It's a shame they don't have a gluten-free line.

If you want to eat fast food, Burger King is definitely one of the best choices. The taste and quantity will not disappoint you, if you are looking for hamburgers, drinks, ice creams etc. etc. huge. Point in favor, they have a varied selection of vegan non-beef sandwiches. Which gives them an extra push, stuff that McDonald's does not have. So good. Unfortunately the restaurant in Piazza Alberti, leaves much to be desired with very little staff. The place does not have air conditioning and in the summer it becomes very boring. Too bad! The bathrooms!!!! Madonna... You have to go back to the counter to ask to be opened and they are often out of service (broken down). I prefer the Burger King of Isolotto. But even there, the same problem remains with the toilet, they are dirty and not cared for. Too bad!!! Among other things, Burger King, does not offer the "Drive Thru" service to order from the car. I like the fact that you can compose your menu as you see fit, adding more meat, tomato, salad. Or even removing the vegetables you don't like. A point in favor of other fast food restaurants. That said, I don't (丿￣ο￣)丿

I had the 220 they served first people with numbers following mine more than 18 minutes for a plant based wopper that was missing to complete the tray and it's Saturday night not even 8pm and they're already in confusion

Well the food is good but 36 degrees in the shade and the air conditioning doesn't work, take action.
