It was the second time due to the late hours during the visit to the Reggia Outlet and everything around them like pizzerias and restaurants were closed. The service was fast and the quality was good, compared to McDonald's, but they could make the environment much more welcoming and lively... it looked like a morgue. I would perhaps recommend creating different corners for age groups, it could be an idea.

17/05/2025: I was here for lunch last weekend, despite the large turnout the queue was very smooth and we were accompanied by the kind waitress Rossella who recommended a sandwich from the menu. Overall we ate very well, efficient service and welcoming environment. I will definitely go back
