Historic pastry shop in the area where the word Crema is written with a capital C because the flavor is that of the past and above all where you can taste the egg and the other ingredients. It offers classic pastries and desserts but the real strength is the profiteroles, a specialty never found in any other pastry shop. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Calcolando che ho 51 anni posso dire di essere cresciuto in questa pasticceria dove ancora si possono assaporare quei profumi e quei sapori di quando eravamo tutti più giovani. Propone dolci classici ma in vita mia, anche se ho girato molti altri locali, creme del genere non le ho mai trovate. La vera specialità che li rende imbattibili è il profiteroles, che una volta provato diventerà una vera e propria ossessione.

04/08/2024: Very high level of general professionalism. Really beautiful and welcoming place. Not banal and extremely original. Warm and familiar. The dining room staff is decidedly expert and manages to conduct in an excellent manner. The kitchen staff is top notch. Silent and never disorganized and masterfully conducted. He works the raw materials, very fresh, naturally. The flavors are clear and well defined...never suppressed or altered. Kindness, courtesy, elegance and style paint the fantastic owner of the place. 26/07/2024: We had a coffee and although the place is not the most picturesque, it surprised us. It was delicious. Plus it's cheap.
