Best coffee shop. This is the first time I've tried such strong coffee.

We tried a Halo Beriti filter and an El Bosque espresso, plus two pastries (apricot and pistachio), and everything was excellent. The Ethiopian filter was light, floral, almost tea-like, really aromatic. The Colombian espresso was naturally sweet, smooth, and perfectly balanced with no bitterness at all. The pastries were great too: not overly sweet, just the right pairing for the coffees. If you’re looking for dark, burnt, “strong” coffee, this isn’t that kind of place. But if you want to finally taste what coffee can be when it’s done properly, Bugan is absolutely worth it.. just be warned, it might ruin average coffee for you forever. Calm atmosphere, friendly staff, and top-quality drinks. We’ll definitely be back.

Ok, me gusta mi café y probablemente soy uno de esos esnobs de café. Pedimos una recomendación a la llegada a Bérgamo y Bugan Coffee Lab era el primero de la lista. Extravagante y un ambiente muy suave sobre el lugar, este es el lugar para dejarse caer, elegir su mezcla y disfrutar de un momento chill out. Vimos como uno de los miembros del equipo organizó una experiencia de café en el laboratorio; fascinante. Siento no haber reservado uno. Esta no es tu cafetería promedio, y está muy limitada en sentarse por dentro y por fuera, pero esto realmente es un tesoro escondido, sshhh, no se lo digas a todos. Para aquellos en la comunidad de TripAdvisor que disfrutan de su café, el menú debe atraer con todo, desde el café expreso estándar y capuchino, pasando por café con leche helado hasta japonés, Moka Pump y Gesha. Ojalá este lugar estuviera más cerca de casa!
