I haven't tried the food, but the fact that they still have coffee for €1.10 is not only a reason, but also demonstrates a gesture of humanity. It now costs at least €1.40/1.50 everywhere, even in small towns... Great people, don't raise the price!

I haven't stopped here for years, but the friendliness and courtesy of those who work there is always present! If there was a little more space for the employees, it would be great.

23/11/2025: I stayed at your hotel on Thursday, November 20 and Friday, November 21, 2025. I was very pleased with the welcome, helpfulness, kindness, and attention to certain needs I had due to food intolerances. The rooms were clean and always tidy, as were the breakfast and dinner areas. Overall rating: "GOOD"+
22/11/2025: The receptionist is rude. We called him brother when we arrived, he got upset and told us not call him brother and scolded us. We told him he didn’t even introduced his name yet so he needs to chill down first. The staff and crew are nice though. The breakfast buffet is ok. The parking is difficult for tourist bus.

28/03/2025: Si buscas un restaurante en el centro de Florencia para una comida buena italiana, sin tener que pagar una barbaridad o caer en un "tourist trap", Obicà es una buena opción. El servicio es muy amable y el lugar es muy tranquilo. Admiten mascotas, todo un punto a favor. Muy recomendable!
21/03/2025: Posto molto carino e atmosfera giusta. Location giusta per una serata in compagnia in pieno centro. Servizio molto gentile.
