25/07/2024: Study/work trip July 2024. Alone, without family. Reservation made approximately two weeks in advance, by telephone, followed by a confirmation email. When I arrived on site they welcomed me with extreme kindness, available for any doubt or request. Due to the excessive heat they offered me a sealed bottle of water. Check in was punctual, even early. Clean, spacious room (1 double bed and 1 single), fresh; comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, large shower with cubicle, instant hot water. Breakfast included, plentiful. The location is not central, but adapts to needs. In the evening I had dinner at the Galilei restaurant inside the structure. Good food, but you have to pay for it. Advise!

24/07/2024: I stayed at the hotel for 1 night because of its proximity to the airport. It does not have a shuttle to the airport. It looks like it would need a renovation, but overall it's fine. Very good breakfast, with a lot of variety. There is also a bar with snacks. For my tastes the air conditioning is too strong, since I turned it off in my room and I was still cold (in July!) I wouldn't choose it to visit Pisa, there are many better options.
