Buddha Indian Restaurant In Padova

A beautiful and very traditional place. Nice atmosphere, good food, sometimes a little spicy, but overall good. The mango and pistachio ice cream was fantastic, delicious. Prices are probably a little higher than other Indian restaurants in Padua, but it's a good restaurant.

Really good food and great people. I have had a lot of Madras curries across Italy and this has to be one of the best. However, if you have a vindaloo, look out for the small round chillies that look just like cherry tomatoes......they will blow your face off!!!!!!! Volcanic little chillies.

Very nice and well-kept location, possibility of making menus or individual dishes, kind staff. I have been several times and will definitely go back!

Really excellent. Location close to the center of Padua, therefore very convenient and with parking along the street. Prices in line and not too high. There is a truly beautiful and well-kept Indian environment. You really eat. Excellent dishes and good service.

The place is typical, very nice, clean and welcoming. The service needs to be improved a little. Two of us arrived at 8pm and the table was missing a glass (brought immediately) and napkins, which we had to ask for instead. We also had to wait a long time to order, as also happened at other tables nearby. After finishing the chicken, we ordered more bread to accompany the leftover sauces, but even then we had to ask again. The cover costs €2 per person, more than fair, considering that three types of sauces and two cones of crunchy bread as a starter are included. Moving on to the food: overall good. We started with mix pakora, but unfortunately we could taste more of the batter than the vegetables inside. The non-vegetarian mix is ​​better, a good choice to start with. The chicken tikka masala was the best dish of the evening, it was very tasty. The achari tikka on the other hand was good, but personally I don't like chicken that is too dry. Unfortunately the rice is served separately😭.

As soon as you enter you can smell the spices in a relaxing environment with soft music in the background. The extensive menu offers tasty dishes based on meat, fish, rice and vegetables. Excellent to finish the cardamom ice cream. It is our reference restaurant for Indian cuisine in Padua. Recommended.

Piatti veramente buoni, personale gentilissimo e attento al cliente, velocissimi a portare il cibo dopo l'ordinazione. Siamo venuti in 4 e ci siamo divisi un po' di piatti per assaggiare più cose, locale assolutamente consigliato!
