The only thing worth going to Sabaudia for, a dull and depressing place. Everything was delicious except the tripe, which was bland and tasteless; everything else was excellent.

A pleasant, modern trattoria: terrace tables, a spacious, bright dining room. Welcoming and functional furnishings. A quiet atmosphere, thanks in part to sound-absorbing panels. Courteous and professional service. Extensive wine list: local, national, and international. Local menu with well-crafted and elaborate dishes, with some reinterpretations. Prices are moderately high, but absolutely in line with the quality of the food and service.

We got a table off to the side inside, which might be why we didn’t receive the same level of attention as the guests in the garden. The service was very friendly but rather chaotic. The food was served promptly, yet we had to step in regarding the bill. The dishes were nicely presented and the menu items were interesting, but in our opinion they lacked flavor and any truly exciting elements. Unfortunately, we were disappointed.
