We had lunch with my husband, and they pampered us from start to finish... even with a gift from the Chef.
All the dishes were excellent and prepared with high quality raw materials, but above all love and passion for their work.

Their stuffed pasta is always a guarantee, but the tortelli with buffalo ricotta and tail sauce won over everything! Exceptional!
Their vitello tonnato is also one of my favorite dishes.
In short, if you pass through those parts, it is absolutely worth trying. Congratulations also to all the guys in the room, smiling and friendly.

Uno dei nostri posti prefereti a sabaudia ci andiamo in coppia sia di estate ma anche di inverno, posto accogiente, cibo ottimo. cucina locale ma elevata per gli amanti del genere ci sono piatti di carne inusuali. ottimi anche i dolci ed il servizio. Lo staff e ottimo hanno sempre una attenzione particolare per la nostra Emy. Ottima la zucca, la misticanza e le paste fatte in casa, il dolce non lo manchiamo mai. ci sentiamo a casa e torniamo spesso

I was pleased to discover this restaurant, recommended by the Michelin guide, which offers an interesting and tasty menu in a welcoming environment. The dishes are tasty and refined, so much so that it "overrides" the concept of a trattoria and feels like being in a restaurant and this is perhaps its only flaw, as it does not guarantee the service and refinement of a gourmet restaurant.
It must be said that this flaw is certainly a "non-flaw", in fact I will definitely return, also thanks to the daily off-menus written on the blackboard, which allow for more frequent rotation of dishes. I recommend everyone to give this place a chance, the food is good and there is also a decent selection of wines.

Family place, homely but modern at the same time. Always precise and competent service. Excellent menu in all courses, from starters to dessert. Intriguing wine list with even unconventional proposals. Will come back to try other dishes!

Prima volta in questa "Trattoria"per partecipare a un evento slow food
Ottimo il pasto con un trattamento dei prodotti del territorio eseguito a regola d'arte , abbiamo assaggiato tortelli di zucca fatta con farine locali , zafferano locale ,carne locale ,vini locali .Insomma trattoria da visitare in più occasioni ai cambi di stagione. I costi sono corretti per qualità,servizio e atmosfera.
