Lunch with friends today was a wonderful discovery. The menu was so extensive, with seasonal and interesting specials, I wanted to try everything. From appetizers to desserts, I discovered ancient flavors revisited with a modern twist, with pairings that enhance and renew tradition: a true delight for the palate. The staff is exceptionally professional and kind, especially when it comes to wine selection: they guided us through labels and cellars with infectious passion. Quality products, meticulous attention to detail, and more than fair prices. The only thing worth going to Sabaudia for, a dull and depressing place. Everything was delicious except the tripe, which was bland and tasteless; everything else was excellent.

23/10/2025: Despite the line on Sunday morning, the service was fast and very efficient. The products (pizza and tiella gaetana) are so good they're worth the line. The restaurant is open all day except on its weekly closing day. The ingredients used are very good. I recommend anyone in the area to stop by and savor the owner's delicacies.
