We had always heard about their bruschetta and this evening we wanted to try them. Really excellent, finger-licking good, many varieties, genuine ingredients. The red one on tap is also good. Friendly and helpful managers, pleasantly familiar atmosphere. Recommended.

Mi fermo ogni volta che sono a Roana per vacanze o altro. Ottime Bruschette con svariati gusti diversi. Secondo me una tra le migliori 'Bruschetterie' dell'Altopiano. Da provare.

03/01/2025: Abbiamo trovato un oste esperto che ci ha guidato nelle scelta dei piatti e del vino. Ottimi tutti i piatti, in particolare cuscus, mille foglie e baccalà. Un applauso per il vino.

Ci siamo deliziati di piatti locali dalle caratteristiche eccellenti grazie a materia prima di alta qualità e preparazione impeccabile. Ben oltre il livello medio che usualmente si trova assaporando piatti simili in altri locali. Selezioni vini di tutto rispetto. Il ristoratore ci ha accompagnato con discrezione, gentilezza e molte informazioni interessanti. Complimenti, in particolare alla Chef!
