Infusions, centrifuges, cold lattes, teas are all excellent products from Brunch Republic, but as far as the food is concerned, not very well, in the avocado toast the guacamole was sour and the bread was too thick, the French toast was really terrible, with little butter , dry in the middle, fontina not melted and overall had little flavour.

Is really good the food and service, even my dog got some treat. The only recommendation is for the shakes drinks, could have more ice but I think is the European style.

First time at Brunch Republic for a Sunday brunch. We had a Sun-kissed salmon pancake and a Very vegan toast. The first truly exquisite, an excellent balance of flavours. The second good, but I wasn't crazy about it. To drink a Good boy (pear, apple, ginger and carrot) and a Golden milk latte (with turmeric), both delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. When we booked they also tried to find the best solution for the table. Recommended place. 👌🏻

Nice and trendy place in the city center. Fast and attentive service, excellent and refined food and drinks with various vegan variations. The mango tea is recommended 😋
