I went to this pizzeria because I knew it made gluten-free pizza, so even though the place is far from home I was curious to try it. The pizza did not satisfy me completely, very thin and not cooked well, the bill quite salty for having eaten two pizzas. Sweets not to be taken, especially gluten-free ones, are not homemade but purchased and are of poor quality

The lady who served us was exquisite, the owner came to our table and told us the whole story of the Cheto pizza, which after 1 and a half years of trying they finally managed to make it!!!! Today for lunch I was with my cousin in BETTOLA DI POZZO D'ADDA (MI) at BROTHER AND SISTER from the wonderful LAVARINI family. Today I tasted the best CHETO pizza with ALOE PIZZA alla AMATRICIANA. Thin thin pizza with delicate crunchy dough. Your dough has given a touch of class to the flavor, it leaves a dense sweet taste in your mouth, truly a true delicacy. LAVARINI family a name a true excellence we have known it for over 40 years as family friends. Congratulations to ELIO and the entire LAVARINI family. Cheerful, very prepared, fast, precise, very nice, clean, bright place. Highly recommended, in addition to the quality and quantity, they offered us a glass of limoncello. Really good, you can feel that it is made with the heart and with love. The truly delicious creamy coffee left an excellent taste in the mouth. Highly recommended.
