Brivido Gelateria In Siena

The bad reviews are a little strong I believe too! We had a great experience and I don’t mind to pay a little more for the experience. They even gave my daughter (less than 2 years old) a cone and a small scoop of gelato for free, unprompted! Both men working behind the counter were very patient with our large group and helpful.

I wouldn’t recommend for gelato. It’s not tasty at all.

The best Gelato I have so far in Italy. I’ve been to many popular stores but nothing compare to this shop. I do not understand why people rated this 2.5stars? But it was the best gelato !!! ( maybe nearby stores jealous and wrote these 🤣???) Some complained it was overpriced but i think it’s huge portion !! Quality gelato. And they have the display of size and price. If you did not like it. Just don’t buy it. Why bought and complained overprice? I just randomly walked in and did not review anything about this store. And WOW WOW WOW WOW !!!! Coming back tomorrow for the strawberry flavor! Highly recommend Paid €6.5 - 3 choices of your favorite flavor and man! It was huge! I got yogurt, pistachio and salted caramel ❤️

Best gelato of the holiday! Prices are clearly displayed on physical cups, so you can see what you're getting. Even the small cups were 2 big scoops that were bigger than the cup. Really helpful, friendly staff and very central location.

Ice cream is great and very tasty.. for 5€ you get about 2.5 scoops of the quantity.

The lemon ice cream was killer!

One of the nicer ice cream parlors in Sienna. The ice cream looks delicious and tastes even better. A scoop of ice cream costs €5.

The minimum price of a cone or cup is excessive, but I think the quality of the ice cream is good, with a positive note on the well-defined flavor of the flavors I tasted.
