British Airways Lounge In Fiumicino

Excellent service and waiters! Excellent food! Quiet and relaxing atmosphere! Highly recommended!

The highpoint is the bartender, Walter. He greets you with a smile and provides prompt and courteous table service. Walter gave us a welcome relief from a long traveling day. In other areas: The atmosphere is nice, comfortable and spacious. The food is good, although with a very limited selection. NB There are no toilets inside the lounge. You have to exit into the main terminal and line up in the public facilities. A real downside to an otherwise pleasant experience.

Check in lady very dry. Inside the lounge it's nice and spacious. But can't help yourself to any drinks not even soft drinks. Food is terrible. Nuggets, lasagna and pizzas are stale. And NO TOILETS

As a frequent flyer, I’ve had the opportunity to visit many airport lounges around the world, but my experience at the British Airways lounge in Fiumicino airport (Rome) truly stands out—thanks to Walter and his incredible cappuccino! Walter always greets everyone with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that immediately made people feel welcome. Walter’s attention to detail, positive attitude, and exceptional customer service turns a regular lounge visit into a lovely experience. Highly recommended, and a huge thank you to Walter for making my travel days so special!

Extremely clean and well maintained, this lounge was a perfect change of pace from the crowded lounge used by most airlines next door. As American Airlines passengers you can gain access to the British Airways Lounge if you have business flights on American or are an Emerald member in the One World partner program. If you can get in, skip the crowds next door at the Plaza Premium Lounge. Note they do not have a bathroom inside but the food quantity and quality make up for it!
