The quality is undeniable, but the price isn't for everyone. The Brick Lane sandwich is objectively excellent. High-quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. However, you should be aware that it's not a cheap option: sandwiches start at €12, a price that puts the restaurant at a premium for the area. While the food is satisfying, the customer service is unfortunately terrible and ruins everything else: The long wait to get in—that's understandable, considering it was a Saturday—but what's not so great is that once we got in, we were "invited to leave" at the last bite. The most unpleasant thing was the absurd haste in wanting to send us away. After making us wait forever to eat, they practically asked us to get up while we were still chewing the last bite. Conclusion: You can't charge €12 (or more) for a sandwich and then treat the customer like a number to be rotated as quickly as possible to free up the table. If you're looking for a quiet dinner and friendly service, this isn't the place, at least on a Saturday night. It's a shame, because the food deserves much better.

Typical pub atmosphere. Courteous staff, who became less than courteous when it was time to leave. After sitting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, they literally kicked us out because the table was supposed to be re-occupied. I was told to "eat quickly" because otherwise the sandwich would get cold, but after literally two minutes they kicked us out to re-occupy the table. This is what happens when quantity is more important than quality. The food was good, but it takes a back seat when the service gets poor. Only the cafeteria is faster than this. I recommend reviewing the reservations plan or the booking process, because you don't want to spend money just to be turned away. If the place has a capacity of 50 people (for example), you can't expect to fill it up as if it could fit 5,000. I've been here before, but it's never happened to me.

Last night I went to Brick Lane for the second time, and I can confirm: their sandwiches are absolutely wonderful! I tried one of their masterpieces, with top-quality ingredients and perfect combinations that explode in your mouth—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, perfect for a stress-free evening with friends. The staff is kind, friendly, and super welcoming, making you feel at home. Highly recommended, I'll be back soon for round three!

A decent pub for drinks and food. The beer selection is excellent, and the sandwiches/appetizers are good, with reasonable prices. The atmosphere is well-kept and pleasant. The only downside is the time management: we waited a long time for a table, and at the end of the evening, they rushed us to vacate it. It's a shame, because it takes away from the relaxation of an otherwise highly recommended place.

Very nice place, the staff is very friendly, nice, and attentive to your needs. The food is excellent; we started with some appetizers, pulled pork meatballs and stuffed fried mezze maniche, then a sandwich, a burger, everything was really delicious. We'll be back.

Excellent pub in Scafati. A varied and seasonal selection of sandwiches, the option to build your own, and a good selection of beers. Also suitable for families with children. Compliments for the service and friendliness. Highly recommended!!

Had a pleasant Saturday evening with friends. We arrived around 10 pm. There was a bit of a wait since there were only five of us, but we were seated and served right away. Excellent quality, a wide selection, and customizable sandwiches. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. See you next time.

Lots of stuff. We booked at 9:15 PM and arrived at 9:25 PM. The service was polite and friendly. The food was very good; we tried the three pulled pork meatballs (outstanding) and two sandwiches, both delicious. The wait for the food was no more than 10 minutes. The price was average and reasonable for the quality. We were truly happy and satisfied with the experience!
