Here I ate one of the best T-bones of my life, specifically Portuguese Minhota. The friendliness and splendid view made the experience even more satisfying. Congratulations

High-quality meat. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Gorgeous garden with a relaxation area and breathtaking views. Recommended.

Very well-kept place, the specialty is very good meat, perfectly cooked, the dining room staff knows how to advise very well, compliments to the chefs and all the staff of the place, for those who want to relax in the middle of nature, perfect place, a very beautiful panoramic view, congratulations.

A regular stop at least a couple of times a year. Perfect for meat lovers, the quality is top notch. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, always able to offer the best advice: this time we tried the Spanish Wagyu rib-eye steak, which was phenomenal. Add to all this a truly charming location, a stunning view, and cool weather even in summer.

The best meat I've ever eaten. I had to eat it with my eyes closed to experience the full symphony of flavors and not miss a single one. My dad and I both had the Canadian Picanha. We both thought it was the best we'd ever had. Huge compliments to the chef and staff. We were also kindly offered a bottle of prosecco, a promise kept even though it was made three years ago. We hope to return soon!

This is now my third time here: a must for meat lovers. The cooking process can be described as scientific (with an internal temperature gauge, admired in action) for optimal results. On this last occasion, I tried the Australian wagyu: I've never tasted anything like it. A sweet meat (in fact, the coarse salt was a must, as the owners know well) that melts in the mouth like few others. From the platter, a special mention goes to the paleta de cebo de campo, which I appreciated even more than the other already excellent cuts. The whole thing is crowned by a truly remarkable landscape, in the cool of approximately 960 meters above sea level.

Finely curated venue, impeccable service and high quality products. We spent a truly pleasant evening, immersed in nature and finally breathed a bit of fresh air!!! Absolutely recommended!! Compliments to the staff of the venue, keep it up, you are an excellent example of entrepreneurship, quality and kindness. Thanks also from our four-legged friend ☺️

Ho cenato qui per la terza volta ed è sempre una conferma positiva. Location suggestiva. Varietà di carne ampia (provo sempre nuovi tagli), qualità altissima esaltata dalla cottura a regola d'arte . Personale di sala e titolari cordialissimi. Un amante della carne qui può solo apprezzare

Quando fare strada, merita ! Nessuna sbavatura , nessuna caduta di stile: dall’accoglienza calorosa ma garbata della padrona di casa, al panorama che ti riempie occhi e cuore , all’arredo , moderno ma tutt’altro che algido , alla professionalità ed alla cortesia attenta ma senza affettazione e, non certo ultimo , a sua maesta’ : la carne ( ci sia concessa una battuta … un luogo in cui vegetariani e vegani potrebbero convertirsi !) . Chi arriva sino a qui , un bricco sopra Venasca all’imbocco della Valle Varaita , non si aspetti un menu’ ricco . Alcuni antipasti , nessun primo piatto , due contorni e tre dolci . Ma tutto buonissimo , di ottima qualità , come la carne , che è la vera ed autentica protagonista di questo ristorante con una vocazione apprezzabilmente mono direzionale. Tagli selezionati e pregiati , frollature particolari , cottura rigorosamente alla brace secondo un protocollo impeccabile nel suo genere e ben illustrato ai commensali . Siamo stati divinamente : un posto che ti fa star bene ed in cui vuoi certamente tornare . Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità della proposta e che abbiamo reputato corretto . Lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che amano la carne con la C maiuscola , la tranquillità e sanno distinguere ed apprezzare la bellezza, nella varietà delle forme in cui essa puo’ manifestarsi .
