A riot of flavors, one better than the other, for true connoisseurs (but also for those who just love to enjoy the moment without being a food critic). The wine? Paired to perfection, with a care that makes you feel pampered. And all immersed in a breathtaking landscape, easily accessible - no Indiana Jones adventures to get there, don't worry! On the price: sure, it's not a discount menu, but if you're looking for Eurospin prices, then don't complain if you eat like at a service station. Here you pay the right amount for a true experience, made of quality, taste and attention. And when you think it's over there... boom: gin and tonic to die for! A selection for true connoisseurs, with special labels and advice from the owner who knows his stuff.

When to lead the way, it's worth it! No flaws, no lapses in style: from the warm but polite welcome of the hostess, to the view that fills your eyes and heart, to the furnishings, which are modern but far from cold, to the professionalism and attentive but without affectation courtesy and, certainly not least, to its majesty: the meat (let us be allowed a joke... a place where vegetarians and vegans could convert!). Those who come this far, a pitch above Venasca at the entrance to the Varaita Valley, should not expect a rich menu. Some appetizers, no first course, two side dishes and three desserts. But everything is delicious, of excellent quality, like the meat, which is the true and authentic protagonist of this restaurant with an appreciably mono-directional vocation. Selected and valuable cuts, particular maturation, rigorously grilled cooking according to an impeccable protocol of its kind and well illustrated to diners. We had a wonderful time: a place that makes you feel good and where you certainly want to return. The price is in line with the quality of the proposal and which we considered correct. We recommend it to all those who love meat with a capital C, tranquility and know how to distinguish and appreciate beauty, in the variety of forms in which it can manifest itself.

Quando fare strada, merita ! Nessuna sbavatura , nessuna caduta di stile: dall’accoglienza calorosa ma garbata della padrona di casa, al panorama che ti riempie occhi e cuore , all’arredo , moderno ma tutt’altro che algido , alla professionalità ed alla cortesia attenta ma senza affettazione e, non certo ultimo , a sua maesta’ : la carne ( ci sia concessa una battuta … un luogo in cui vegetariani e vegani potrebbero convertirsi !) . Chi arriva sino a qui , un bricco sopra Venasca all’imbocco della Valle Varaita , non si aspetti un menu’ ricco . Alcuni antipasti , nessun primo piatto , due contorni e tre dolci . Ma tutto buonissimo , di ottima qualità , come la carne , che è la vera ed autentica protagonista di questo ristorante con una vocazione apprezzabilmente mono direzionale. Tagli selezionati e pregiati , frollature particolari , cottura rigorosamente alla brace secondo un protocollo impeccabile nel suo genere e ben illustrato ai commensali . Siamo stati divinamente : un posto che ti fa star bene ed in cui vuoi certamente tornare . Il prezzo è in linea con la qualità della proposta e che abbiamo reputato corretto . Lo consigliamo a tutti coloro che amano la carne con la C maiuscola , la tranquillità e sanno distinguere ed apprezzare la bellezza, nella varietà delle forme in cui essa puo’ manifestarsi .

It was my husband and I last night. Beautiful place, welcoming and very clean. Suggestive panoramic view. Equipped with a beautiful, very well-kept outdoor terrace. The menu is mainly based on very fine cuts of meat, cooked strictly on the grill produced from precious woods. The expert hand that carries out the perfect cooking is that of Davide, Cristina's husband and co-owner of the restaurant. The service is personally supervised by the young owners, who are very knowledgeable and professional. Of which their surprising friendliness also stands out. Prices in line with the quality of the products. We will definitely be back. !

A SUNDAY LUNCH WITH FRIENDS An architectural creation made with care and love. Located above Venesca. Breathtaking view and attention to detail make this place a magical place. The cuisine is excellent. The kingdom of meat in its various types cooked with expertise. Well-stocked cellar. Management done with passion and love. I recommend it.
