If you go to this place you absolutely cannot miss the stroncatura, a typical dish of the Piana di Gioia Tauro, made with a long and rough pasta, with a slightly raw flavor, being produced with wholemeal flour left over from milling, seasoned with anchovies, tomatoes, olives, capers and toasted breadcrumbs.
