After a somewhat brusque initial welcome, perhaps due to the particularly busy time, we were assigned a number to wait for a table. Despite the place being packed, we were seated quickly: just enough time for a small beer tasting at the bar. The menu was extensive, the food good, the beer excellent, the service fast and friendly. Special mention for the struedel: exquisite. Very welcoming and quaint atmosphere. Recommended.

A must-see after the guided tour of the factory. Reservations are practically mandatory (we did it the same morning) if you want to secure a spot. Generous portions and excellent food, highly recommended!

The place is very quaint and beautiful, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, it gave us the impression that they focus too much on quantity and not on quality: Very low quality-price ratio... it fell short of expectations, a shame.

We stopped at the Forst Brewery quite by chance on our way to Merano, having read about the Christmas market on the company grounds. It was a great decision. The grounds are beautifully decorated for Christmas with huts, real sheep, and of course, delicious Forst Christmas beer. The people who work there also make you feel very welcome – thank you for that! We will definitely come back and try to get a tour of the brewery next time. Cheers! 🍻

16/03/2026: We had the pleasure of spending a week with you. The rooms are very comfortable and the spa is simply wonderful. The breakfast buffet is incredibly varied and delicious. We would have liked better coffee, and an afternoon snack would have been great. The location is superb. We felt very comfortable as a family. The playroom could be a bit more inviting. Thank you for the wonderful time at your hotel and the amazing memories we'll take home with us ❤️
15/03/2026: Our host Sophia and her family gave us a warm welcome; they were very friendly and extremely accommodating! The spa area, pool, and rooms were spotlessly clean and beautiful. The food was delicious and prepared with great care! Overall, our stay was a highlight and simply wonderful!
