Historic brewery of Merano, this is the main and largest restaurant-brewery in Merano. Traditional Trentino dishes such as canederli, spatzle, speck and shin. Excellent beers. Very crowded on weekends and holidays, it is very large but fills up quickly.

I return periodically every time I am in the area, always very crowded, a unique place of its kind, particular, typical, exceptional beer of its own production, very good typical dishes, quick service from very kind staff. On the other hand, high prices.💰💰💰💰

It is always a pleasant place to visit: in winter the BierGarten is closed but the internal rooms are worth a visit. Always good beer. Adequate dish writing.

Come ogni anno che veniamo in Trentino passiamo alla fabbrica! Il posto è stupendo e ogni anno ci sono delle novità. Mangiato nella casetta. Ottima cibo e birra eccezionale!

Come sempre una garanzia!! Visitato sotto il Natale l' atmosfera , la musica ,il parco dei nanetti, la pista di pattinaggio ecc. Ti catapultano nella magia natalizia! Prezzi nella norma buon cibo, birra e servizio perfetto!!! Noi avevamo affittato una casetta in giardino calda ed accogliente per mangiare, consiglio!

25/11/2024: Locale raffinato, Personale educato e disponibile Pietanze eccellenti. Abbiamo voluto assaggiare il Duetto Berg-Lamm, un sapore veramente Buono. L'unica pecca i gnocchetti erano 5 di numero, forse ne occorreva qualcuno in più.

16/12/2024: I just had dinner there, I really liked how the Chef came and gave introduction about the food. I also liked the hospitality of the 2 ladies there. & it’s recommended 👌🏼
15/12/2024: Excellent restaurant. Local cuisine, revisited. The lamb is especially recommended. Fantastic desserts, including a very special one: a cold (local) goose liver mousse, perfect! The chef personally explains the various preparations to each table. A very pleasant and pleasant thing.
