Probably one of the best restaurants I've been to in my entire life, both in terms of quality/price and overall quality. The place is also nice even if it's in a residential location. We've been back and we'll be back.

Elegant and welcoming restaurant with professional, attentive and friendly staff. The food is delicious with high-level dishes that are always a beautiful surprise for the eyes and the palate, all prepared with great passion and mastery by chef Brian Diaz. Excellent selection of wines too. I recommend it for any occasion

We went out for dinner 4 times in the last month, on Saturdays, and every time we ate very well, always fresh fish, quality raw materials: always warm and crunchy bread (made by the chef with semi-wholemeal flour, always freshly made and fragrant); we always had the chef's appetizers, including a sautéed mussels with croutons, very good (with the crunchy bread soaked in the sauce it's the death of it), tender seafood salad seasoned just right, high quality marinated salmon (lean, melts in the mouth), tuna (fresh), fresh kataifi prawns and other tasty preparations such as fried octopus and calamari and octopus made in various ways (22 euros for 2 people); then tonnarelli with lobster with half a fresh lobster (20 euros), other types of first course such as scoglio (about 15 euros) and with swordfish and cherry tomatoes; and then seared tuna with a zucchini dressing (I don't remember the name of the dish, 15 euros), grilled fish (prawns, octopus crispy to perfection, calamari and tuna for 25 euros), fresh smoked tuna (by the chef, a delight); I usually have a glass of prosecco (4 euros). The coffee is a very aromatic espresso and always served in very hot cups, a habit that has unfortunately been lost almost everywhere. The guys who serve are always very kind; the background music varies; today there was soft jazz which in my opinion also suits the visual style of the place. There is great attention to detail. The chef changed a few months ago and the new menu is very varied; in my opinion it is the best restaurant in the entire Cerveteri-Ladispoli area at the moment.

If you want to delight yourself with high quality cuisine this is the right place. Superlative taste correlated with beautiful presentation and impeccable service. The environment is welcoming and nice. It is inside Cerveteri but the sea is a stone's throw away and you can always walk after a stop in this place that is really worth trying.
It's the second time I go and there will be endless, you will not regret it.
And to all the guys I wish much success

Scoperto questo locale per caso, in occasione del carnevale. Risulta un pò nascosto e da fuori sembra più locale da aperiti vi od open bar. Invece è un ristorante anche con piatti ricercati, tipo maltagliati con cozze , patate e pane tostato , o insalata di finocchi, arance e olive tagliasche . Le porzioni , in rapporto al prezzo, potrebbero essere più generose. Nel complesso una piacevole scoperta.
