I honestly expected more. The person at the counter where you choose the meat is a little insistent and rushes you to choose. The dishes arrived not exactly hot, and having taken some cuts we had to eat them in a hurry. Average quality of meat, as well as the preparation of the dishes. The place is nice, but the offer needs to be improved.

This grill in the center of Taranto near Piazza Ebalia is really excellent.
The high quality has not been lost over time, I go back every time I come to Taranto and it never disappoints me.
Welcoming place, clean environment, furnished in an informal contemporary industrial style with attention to every detail, quick and attentive service (even on Saturday evenings), trained staff, excellent quality meat (it literally melts in your mouth) and cooked to perfection, generous portions and variety of choice.
I always take the Angus strips as an appetizer and the grilled potatoes cooked in the grill as a side dish (top choice).
The pizzas and bread are also delicious.
The price/quality ratio is amazing!

I tasted very little of the meat served because my friends devoured everything (so a good sign) and I had preferred the pizza that evening which I found excellent anyway! The only slightly off-key note was the cooking
some potatoes. otherwise ok
