Siamo stati alla Braceria Via Vai a Taranto e che dire… una vera scoperta! Carne di altissima qualità, cotta alla perfezione e servita in porzioni abbondanti. Abbiamo provato le bombette e la tagliata di Angus: sapori intensi e cottura impeccabile.
L’ambiente è accogliente, curato nei dettagli, e il personale è stato super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo a chi ama la buona carne e cerca un posto dove mangiare bene e sentirsi a casa.
Ci torneremo sicuramente

As soon as you enter you find the waiters who come to meet you and explain how the place works, they don't take questions for the grill, you have to choose the meat, they bring it to your table once it's cooked, but what stands out is their kindness and courtesy, I hadn't booked but within 10 minutes they had provided me with a table, where 10 minutes later I was already tasting the meat I had chosen, an excellent service, I recommend it, but I recommend booking in advance because where you eat well there is always a lot people

I honestly expected more. The person at the counter where you choose the meat is a little insistent and rushes you to choose. The dishes arrived not exactly hot, and having taken some cuts we had to eat them in a hurry. Average quality of meat, as well as the preparation of the dishes. The place is nice, but the offer needs to be improved.
